First off, some good news from sunny Thailand! Our Group 1 campers have just wrapped up their camp (you will not believe the achievements from this group!), and Group 2 has landed and is already three days into their training. While they're basking in the heat and humidity, we're here in Melbourne, ready to tackle our own challenges.
This week, it's Recovery Week in our 3-week program periodisation cycle. You've just pushed through two tough Build Weeks, so now it’s time to let your body recover and soak up all those hard-earned gains. Recovery is crucial to prevent burnout and injuries, so take it seriously!
Remember, just because Ollie and some of our athletes are enjoying the tropical vibes doesn't mean your program here is any less important. Consistency is key, and skipping sessions means lost opportunities for improvement. So, let's make sure to tick off all those sessions and keep the momentum going strong.
All sessions are on this week as planned. The schedule tweaks are minimal and have been clearly outlined below. No excuses, folks! Get out there and make the most of your training.
