Happy halloween

Who needs to go to Noosa when Melbourne has finally gotten some nice weather and ideal training conditions? Okay, perhaps not. We were all very envious and tracking all our athletes from afar ๐Ÿ™Œ

We had a busy weekend of our athletes doing what they love to do, race and achieve their goals! Congratulations to everyone who raced at Noosa, the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship or kicked some training goals!
Keeping reading below for results

And we recommend you have a read of Jo's race report.  This race has been a long time in the making and in her own words:
"I want everyone to see that anything really is possible.  If I can do it, literally anyone can!"

Save the Date ๐Ÿ“†

Dare we say it, Christmas is quickly approaching!  That means so is our TA Christmas party! Keep the 17th of December free on your calendar.

And speaking of dates, we have Ironman 70.3 Melbourne in 2 weeks time, and a heap of peeps racing.  We'll have our tent onsite for all and encourage everyone to get down there in squad gear and cheers ready to go to support the team.  It makes a HUGE difference and is much appreciated when you're out there.

Have a Happy Halloween & make the most of Recovery Week ๐ŸŽƒ

IRONMAN 70.3 CHAMPIONSHIP, UTAH

Fantastic effort Daniel Godino for backing up the Ironman World Champs, with the 70.3 World Champs, just 3 weeks later.  This one has been rolled over for a couple of years, so it must feel good to have that ticked off the list - 4:55:12

Gaz's Words of Wisdom

You may have heard me sayโ€ฆ. โ€œItโ€™s not about luck, itโ€™s about hard work, consistency, determination and the courage to put yourself out there and have a goโ€!
You may also hear me say, โ€œthe aim is to get to the start line, the rest takes care of itself if youโ€™ve put the work inโ€!
Jo got to the start line, along with others from our symposium!
She went to work and calmly, and clinically, and got the job done!
Huge congratulations to all who competed at Noosa!

Liv-Cycling Women's Specific Bikes
Retuls Are Back
It's Time to Get You Fitted

Unfortunately, after 12 years of use and over 400 fits our Retul unit died.
The normal solution is to send it back to Boulder USA for repairs but sadly they no longer support this model, and the only solution was to trade-in for the current unit. This is 6k USD some 10k AUD in current exchange, plus import duties. This was not an option for us.

Gratefully, a saviour amongst the team has come to the rescue and we have received a generous sponsorship!  We could not let this go unnoticed. Due to his amazing support, we are able to offer Retul bike fits again!!!!!

If you are looking to book in for a bike fit (after Igor), please use this link below.
