Our new online timetable is designed to keep you moving, keep you fit and healthy, and your physical and mental wellbeing in check. It will also provide athletes with even more sessions than you could have experienced with our normal timetable.

o Wind Trainer (Tues) – Zoom (wt long term hire now available)
o Running (timetabled) – Zoom audio
o Long rides & Hot Laps (Thurs/Sat) – Zwift
o Coffee Catch ups (wkly) – Zoom chat
You can even join us online to complete these sessions together. Coaches will be online to provide explanations, give demonstrations and provide coaching tips. You’ll even have the option to ask questions as you go and seek immediate feedback.
