It's all about Noosha darling! Fave time of the year for many as we vacate Melbs en masse, headed for sunnier skies (although wouldn't be ironic if that was all flipped this weekend!). We have over 40 athletes competing this year, putting us among the top 10 squads taking part, which is not bad for some out-of-towners! Good luck to all those involved. If you've been there before you'll know this is so much more than 'just a race'. So enjoy it all, lap it up and soak it all in! And one more special shout out to M.A.R.I.O. who today is on his way to the USA to take part in the New York City marathon in just 5 days time. Talk about experiences!!!! Good luck Mario, we wish you a great run, a great trip and a great time in the Big Apple. Short pause (and huge thank you!) for those left behind, who will be training through and making sure the squad functions accordingly. Please make sure you read the amended timetable below which will explain those sessions that are going ahead and those that are not. Little heads up that this Thursday, with spectacular weather, calls for Aquathons (read...no bikes necessary) and Saturday morning with be all about Duathlons.
