Welcome back to another week of Tri-Alliance action!
First off, our campers have landed in Thailand and are already sweating it out in the hot and humid conditions. They're on Day 3 of their training camp, soaking up the sun and pushing their limits. It's perfect for maximising training efforts and making those all-important gains. Seems in stark contrast to us back here in chilly Melbourne. It's alright though, because training through winter breeds resilience!
We kick off Build Week 2 of our 3-week periodisation cycle. You've just worked your way through Build Week 1, and now it's time to double down and build on that solid foundation. Remember, every session counts. It doesn't matter that Head Coach Ollie and some of our athletes are off enjoying the tropical vibes; your program here is just as important. Missing out means missed gains, and we can't have that!
Rest assured; all sessions are going ahead this week as planned. No excuses! The schedule tweaks are minimal and have been clearly explained below. So, get out there and tick off those sessions.
