It’s Recovery Week again, and that means dialing things back a little to let the hard work settle in. With our 3-week periodisation cycle, these recovery weeks are just as important as those hard-hitting Build Weeks. Remember, this is when the gains really sink in and set the stage for your next push, so take this time to recharge! Speaking of pushing limits, last weekend was a massive one for our squad! Mario took on the Ironman World Champs in Kona - and if you were like the rest of us, you were glued to the tracker, watching his progress unfold. We’ve included a race report on his big day below, so make sure to check it out and give Mario a high-five when you see him. Taking on Kona is no small feat, and we couldn’t be prouder! We’ve also got some timetable changes coming up for next week due to the public holiday and long weekend.
