Anyone else started the countdown??  You know...it's only 5 days left until the end of winter.  And on the 1st of September this magical switch will be flicked and the days will be longer and filled with more sunshine and the beautiful Spring mornings will return and we'll all be busting out of our skins to train!  C’mon….it must be true!  I’m seeing it all over social media at the moment and we all know how reliable the digital world is (ermmmm….yeah right!).  Well, we can dream, can’t we!  Those who headed out to Kinglake over the weekend didn't have to dream.  They were greeted with blue skies, sunshine and a bit of temperature to boot!  Awesome effort by all!  Looking forward to a bit more of that this Saturday.

We are sending the BIGGEST and BESTEST of racing vibes to the always happy and very hard working Andrea, who is taking to the world's stage at the 2019 ITU Age Group Triathlon World Championships in Lausanne, Switzerland this weekend.

The 2019 ITU Age Group Triathlon World Championships will take place in Lausanne between 29th August to the 1st September.  Our very own Andrea will be racing for Norway and giving it her all!

Recovery Week - Cosmetic Update

You may have noticed a small change to the display on your planner recently.  It now includes a soothing green hue on Recovery Weeks (#TimeToChill) to give you a visual cue of where you are in the program.  Remember: Train With Purpose - so if it's recovery week take note and do all those nice things to keep your body in tip top shape.

Steak Night @ Arcadia Hotel

This Thursday 29 August, come and join us after our Tan run session to say GOODBYE to Winter!  Let's have some social time over a steak and a glass of red.  Arcadia Hotel is very used to athletes dropping by after training sessions, so just bring something warm, and as you can see from the pic, we go as we are.  Oh...did I mention they have $12 T-Bones on Thursdays????   We're looking forward to seeing lots of happy faces there!

I’ve got a new favourite. Although winter has well and truly hit, I am pretending to be lying on a beach eating Poke Bowls. One can only pretend!

So here is a recipe I have come up with.  It's super easy and delicious!
