Let’s keep saying it until it sinks in: the cycle doesn’t bend for wishful thinking. Your job this week is to stick to the plan. Take the lower intensity, use the sessions smartly, and let the gains absorb.

📆Long Weekend & Timetable ChangeHeads-up: With the Melbourne Cup public holiday on Tuesday, we’ll be taking the long weekend to support those at Noosa and take a slight pause. That means no coached sessions on Monday 3 Nov or Tuesday 4 Nov. We resume on Wednesday 5 Nov. Saturday morning ride and Sunday morning session will still be on. Just check the group for any updates.
