And We're Back At It!
We hope you had a restful week, because it's time to get back to work! We'll restart the cycle and continue our hill rides. The weather gods were not kind to us with our last hill ride, but that's okay. Windy rides on beach road strengthen us!

This Week's Training Updates:
This Tuesday ALL short course athletes are invited to head to MSAC for their wind trainer session with Coach Gaz. You will be joining our Thailand crew as they do their sweat testing in preparation for camp.  Read this as: NO online SC wind trainer session this week only.  But you can reap all the benefits of training in a humid environment and pushing each other 'in person' to LIFT!
Saturday's ride will be heading back to the Dandenongs.

WE'RE GOING TO THAILAND!
Yes, that's correct! That time has finally come.
This Friday, 24 very excited athletes will bid farewell to Melbourne winter in order to spend ten days living and breathing the life of a professional triathlete at Thanyapura, Thailand's ultimate sports and health resort.

We hope (well, we know) you will have the BEST TIME and we can't wait to hear all about it when you return πŸ€—

But what about those who remain at home? Don't worry, our training schedule will remain unchanged! We will have all of our coaches available to assist you in becoming your best. Especially Greg's Sunday session, which should not be missed! Please book for Sunday in the training Time Table at the bottom of the newsletter.

Congratulations to our Run Melbourne crew who hit the pavement over the weekend!!
