On the 23rd of September, we were infected by a malicious malware designed to interrupt our network. Its purpose is to slowly disable the site, by infecting the functionality of the site. Within a few days this had shut down various subsites on our network, eventually affecting our core functionality. As you will recall you were not able to access your programs via the Coachingmate app :( Our Dev team had worked through cleaning the infections that had affected our plugins (functionality) and were able to have us up and running again several days later. Unfortunately, both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge had blocked the Tri Alliance network indicating we are an infected site. We had our team go to work again, combing through everything with no result of any issues. I have later found that by increasing the security feature for our network, it flags a false-positive event that sets off Chrome and Edge alerts and blocks our site. We have now resolved this issue with the result being the site is back up and running, minus the warnings you have all been receiving when navigating to Tri Alliance. Your information and any payment details: From the beginning we have always worked with secure gateway partners. None of your financial information via your membership or Tri Shop purchases are held with Tri Alliance. So please, rest assured that your information is safe. This attack was focused on disrupting the site and functionality, not obtaining personal details like you are seeing in the press with large scale companies.
