Build week 1 done, and bring on build week 2... Congratulations to everyone who persevered in difficult conditions on Saturday, and a special congratulations to Tamara, Alex, Eugenio and Sal who completed their first century ride!

We are in our final week of our Winter Base Training "Strength/Endurance" and move onto our next training phase... "Strength/Endurance/Speed" Training for September. Make sure to make it to this weekend's last Kinglake ride.

It's fast approaching, our triathlon season begins in less than three months. During September, we will be combining strength, endurance, and speed/threshold training. Short course athletes will concentrate on threshold, whereas long course athletes will concentrate on endurance while incorporating threshold. Beginner athletes will concentrate on triathlon-specific sessions such as base fitness, technique, and triathlon skills.

QUEENSCLIFF CAMP

We were looking forward to an exciting three-day camp with you all.  But unfortunately, we do not have enough people committed to make this camp viable
We're hoping to get this going for next year. Meanwhile, keep training hard because race season is right around the corner!
