Welcome to Recovery Week! After two build weeks, it’s natural to feel a bit tired from all the hard work. This week is all about focusing on your recovery protocols—whether that’s stretching, foam rolling, getting extra sleep, or anything else that helps you rest and recharge. Make the most of this time to get yourself rested and ready to go for the next cycle.
Next, I want to highlight a little message from Head Coach Ollie about the importance of consistency and staying on track with the program. It’s a quick 3-minute read packed with valuable insights. As we know, last weekend, Juliet Cooper raced Challenge Roth. During the week she shared a detailed race report in the Symposium. For those who missed it, we’re including it again here. It’s wonderful to get a glimpse into Juliet’s experience, and her dedication is a testament to the power of consistent training and perseverance.
Starting next cycle, we will have slightly earlier start times on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Be sure to check the online timetable if you’re unsure about the new schedule.
