Tuesday 14th March: - 5:45am - all athletes - Run session from south end of Albert Park Lake.
- 6am - TTT athletes - Run session from south end of Albert Park Lake.
- 6pm - SC Athletes – Wind Trainer session online with Coach Gaz. Link in programs. Please contact if on Social or Pass membership.
- 6pm - LC Athletes – Wind Trainer session online with Coach Greg. Link in programs. Please contact if on Social or Pass membership.
Wednesday 15th March: - 5.45am - All athletes – Squad Swimming at MSAC. Session will begin with dryland band warm up. Also bring pull buoy, paddles, fins, etc. Outdoor pool.
Thursday 16th March: - 5.45am - Intermediate/Advanced athletes - Hot Laps. Meet outside MSAC main entrance by 5:40am for 5:45am roll out. Tri-Alliance apparel is required.
- 6pm - All athletes at Elwood for Brick Sessions.
- SC - complete a brick session of structured bike/run intervals followed by work on transition skills. Bring all swim, bike, run gear and be prepared for any combination.
- LC - Long Course athletes will complete an interval run set, followed by a swim (if time permits).
Friday 17th March - St Patrick's Day:🍀 - 5.45am - all athletes – Squad Swimming at MSAC. Session will begin with dryland band warm up. Also bring pull buoy, paddles, fins, etc. Outdoor pool.
Saturday 18th March: - 6am - Long Course ride leaving from Elwood. All riders must be familiar with Tri-Alliance Bunch Riding and Cycling Etiquette policy.
- 7am - COMBO – Short Course (Bike/Run/Open Water) Elwood Beach. Bring all swim, bike, run gear and be prepared for any combination.
- 9.30am - TTT#6 – combo session at Elwood Beach.
Sunday 19th March: - 7:15am**- Swim & Run - Meet Coach Greg at 7:15am for an 7:30am in the water at Elwood. Always attend the session from 7:15am and Greg will provide water quality update. **Due to the late sunrise, we have pushed out the start time out.
Monday 20th March: - 6pm - All athletes - Open water swim. Meet on grassed area next to Elwood Life Saving Club from 5:45pm for a 6pm swim. Bring paddles and fins for the set.
