We’ve just wrapped up an epic training camp in Thailand, and let me tell you, it was a massive success! Our athletes are currently en route back to Melbourne, and they’re returning stronger both physically and mentally. The progress they’ve made is nothing short of phenomenal. If you thought they were tough before, just wait until you see them now—they’re on the path to bigger and better things, so look out!
Back in Melbourne, it’s Build Week 1 again. This is where the magic happens—setting a solid routine and sticking to it is key to making those gains. Whether you’re fresh off a training camp or have been holding down the fort here at home, consistency is your best friend. Let’s get back into the groove and make this week count.
Quick reminder: If anyone’s eyeing some new Oakleys, this is your final call! We’re putting in a bulk order on Wednesday morning, so if you have any specific models in mind, now’s the time to let us know.
Now, onto some results we missed in the last update—big apologies for that! We had some of our crew braving the cold but sunny winter morning to tackle the most recent Duathlon series race, and they absolutely crushed it. Well done to everyone who took part! Check out the results below and give these legends a well-deserved shout-out.

Lastly, be sure to check the timetable to see when and where sessions are happening this week. We’ll be hosting our wind trainer session online again this week, there'll be two ride locations on Saturday and just one run location on Sunday.
