Although last weekend was not ideal for our Short Course ride, it was nice to catch up in our gear over coffee. Great effort to those who braved the elements on the hills in the cold. Isn't it true that what doesn't break you makes you stronger?
We keep the strength up this week with double sessions and one of our favourite hills, Kinglake. Remember that improving your strength and endurance does not mean racing up hills in a comfortable easy gear, but rather riding up hills in a low gear and grinding away. In case you've forgotten, here's a heads up and help with future weekend plans over the next two weeks:
