Who is having a good time during recovery month? Remember to embrace this training period because it won't last long! Enjoy a mid-ride coffee, a sleep in or two, and the change ups. This will provide your body and mind with the much-needed reset. To successfully begin the next training phase, you must rest both your body and your mind. Just a friendly reminder to dress appropriately for sessions (especially rides!). A few extra layers were needed on the weekend, and it's only going to start getting colder from here...
