Hi All,

Thank you for registering for our Tips and Tricks Clinic for Race #2 of the 2XU Triathlon Series. We’re so excited to help you take on the next challenge, and we know many of you are eager to tackle this course with confidence!

This weekend is shaping up to be another fantastic event, and we’re here to guide you through everything you need to know – rain or shine!
WHERE IS THE CLINIC?

On Saturday, we’ll meet at the Tri-Alliance tent in the event village at Green Point, Brighton, at 12:30pm. You’ll get familiar with the venue, the course, the transition area, and event logistics. Most importantly, we’ll share a bagful of tips (and tricks) to help you feel ready to take on race day!
WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE CLINC?
  • You only need to bring yourself and a bottle of fluids to stay hydrated during the clinic.
  • No equipment or physical activity is required.
  • What we love most? Lots of questions and interaction with the crowd!
WHAT WILL THE CLINIC COVER?

We’ll give you a comprehensive rundown of everything you need to know to make your race day as smooth and streamlined as possible. Topics include:

  • Night-before preparation: What to eat for dinner, when to wake up, and how to organise your gear.
  • Race-day logistics: When to arrive, where to park, and tips for navigating the venue.

We’ll also dive into Brighton-specific topics, such as:

  • Unique swimming conditions at Brighton and how to tackle them with confidence
  • Mastering the technicalities of the transition area
  • Important triathlon rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Finally, we’ll wrap up with a course walk-through so you can see exactly where to go and have everything fresh in your mind for race morning.

BE PREPARED FOR THE WEATHER

Rain is in the forecast, so dress appropriately and bring a waterproof jacket or umbrella for the walk to the tent. Thankfully, we’ll be under cover, keeping it dry as we work through all the details.

đźš— PARKING REMINDER: Parking is not available onsite, so plan extra time to park and walk to the event village.
