Two emails from us in one week - you lucky ducks!

I just wanted to ensure everyone is fully aware of the changes to a couple of our swim sessions this week.  One of these was mentioned in the newsletter, and one of them was left out....eek!

Friday 23rd February 
Changing from MSAC squad to Open Water at Elwood Beach
6:30am - 7:30am
Bring wetsuits and swim toys

This is because MSAC have the Victorian Open LC Championships taking place Fri-Sun and there are no lanes available for squads.  Sunrise is at 6:57am, but first light is at 6:30am, so let's aim for then.  Also note, we are aware of predicted rainfall Thursday night.  Please keep an eye on the socials for any last-minute change of plans.


Sunday 25th February
Changing from Elwood Beach to Half Moon Bay
7:15am - swimming
8:15am - running 

This is because of the Melbourne Teams Triathlon event this weekend, which will take over a large portion of the Elwood precinct. Please allow enough time to make your way further down Beach Rd.  Greg will meet you on the sand for a 7:15am start.
