Happy New Year TA Family!  We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and were able to spend some time with family and friends and unwind over the holiday break.  We sure did!

We are set to kick off 2021 training sessions from this Monday 4th January.  We will hit the ground running with a full timetable, including:

• 3 x pool squad sessions p/wk
• 3 x open water swims p/wk
• 3 x combo sessions at Elwood p/wk
• Full flexibility and strength programs
• A virtual wt option p/wk
• Morning run intervals, and
• Hot Laps at Albert Park or on Zwift

All session details can be found at our online timetable.  New programs will be aligned and available in CoachingMate from this Monday.

We are excited to get stuck into the New Year and to see a long-overdue return to racing.  We are however, cautiously waiting for updates related to the recent outbreak, particularly as it links to the Bayside area.  We must take this time to remind all athletes, please do not attend a session if:

• You feel unwell
• You have any symptoms
• You have recently been in any exposure sites/hot spot areas
• You are awaiting test results
• You are a close contact of anyone with any of the above

We are asking you to please check the DHHS website for lists of case locations and outbreaks before attending a session, as these are constantly being updated and include many locations in the local area:

We will keep everyone updated as things progress, via email and social media posts.  But for now it’s time to get to work, build on the solid foundation made over 2020, piggy-back off the Hell Week spike and get ourselves prepped and ready to rumble!
